The company employs 250 people and has been established in Belgium for 5 years. The head quarter is abroad. 95% are blue colars. The joint committees concerned are 140 and 226.
Your position depends directly on the managing director. You work in pairs with another HR Officer. Together, you are implementing an HR policy focused on worker well-being, information and equity. The working atmosphere is good and you are close to the employees.
More in detail :
•Management of services (a time management system will be installed in September) with the help of a social secretariat and interim partner companies.
•employment contracts, endorsements, employment regulations
•interim recruitment and planning
•support for team leaders in terms of management advice
•very regular reporting to the parent company, implementation of an HR dashboard, warnings
•answer workers' questions related to their payslip or other
•call conference and meeting with the direction of the group to explain the HR situation day to day.

Profil :
HR higher education.
C1 in english
Experience in hard HR (few months or internship).


Timetable 37h/week, lunch tickets, hospitalisation assurance after 6 month
